Danish Azad is a personal growth and life strategy coach who transitioned into this work after a decade in corporate retail and e-commerce. For the past seven years, he has trained deeply in personal development, spending six years mentoring under Shaykh-Coach Mostafa Azzam, a leading expert in Muslim personal growth. He co-founded the Muslim men’s growth community Rising Men, guiding men toward purposeful living, emotional regulation, and self-growth within an Islamically congruent framework. He is currently the only certified practitioner (besides the founder) of Reflection Coaching worldwide.

"I have been working with coach Danish for the past 6 months and I am very blessed to work with him Alhamduililah. Its interesting how the method is called reflection coaching because with Coach Danish I have had the benefit of looking at myself from another perspective and figuring out what I really want and what I need to do to get there. Instead of having someone tell me what to do and detract from my ability to take charge, the coaching has empowered me to rewrite my internal mindset and take more initiative."
"I have also been doing 1 on 1 coaching with Coach Danish, and the biggest benefit from that has been clarity. With his coaching and questioning I have been able to transfer the thoughts and goals I have in my mind into precise and powerful guiding statements. From the experience I have with his coaching I have learned the power of precision in the language I use. "
"If anyone has the financial means for this but is skeptical about whether it's worth it or not, I can confidently say that it has been very effective after taking personal coaching for under a year now. Something to reflect upon for all of us: If you're here, you've most likely been trying to become a better Muslim for at least a few years. From the time you've made the decision to actively work on yourself until now, you've probably made some progress. If you're satisfied with the trajectory you're on, then great. If you want to do better, you have to change your approach. That doesn't have to be personal coaching, it could be having an accountability partner you talk to every day. The point is, take charge and ask yourself: What can I do to get closer to where I want to be? Allah give us all tawfiq."
"As for one-one-one [reflection] coaching, it's been learning how to think clearly. Personal coaching sessions feel like putting a magnifying glass over yourself and seeing how things are actually going in your life so you could be more honest with yourself. This skill of clear thinking has led me to live with more intention, as opposed to living on autopilot."
"My greatest benefit from coaching has been consistency. The sessions are always full of insight and growth, but experiencing the consistency in a real, lived sense has been my greatest takeaway. The steady presence, patience, and encouragement on a weekly basis has kept me focused and on track. The coaching brought the Purpose Atlas to life for me through a combination of insight/intervention driven work + because the consistency forced me to stick to the lesson recordings etc. Another benefit is that I, as a therapist, find myself in session with my own clients wondering, What would Coach Danish do now? "
"I went into the session curious to see how his coaching would fare in comparison with the coaching sessions I witnessed of Ustadh Mostafa, especially since I wouldn't qualify myself as the easiest or most coachable individual. Little did I know that I was going to get on a rollercoaster, starting with the first question. "
"The session was very beneficial, concluding with a major insight and action for my life. I came out of the session seriously considering the benefits of one-on-one coaching. Definitely recommend Coach Danish to anyone who wants to kick-start or streamline their growth journey."
"I had been aware of the importance of staying present and letting go of the outcome in conversations. I thought I was following these principles, but during a coaching session with Sidi[Coach] Danish (Sidi is an Arabic title of respect in Muslim culture), what surfaced for me was that I wasn’t. Through his coaching, I discovered the greatest insight about myself. I learned that I can have a much greater impact on others when I approach conversations with genuine curiosity. After the session, my conversations in general, became so much more impactful than ever before. In an hour, I learned so much about myself. It was a game-changer for me. "
"For the longest time, I struggled to convince my wife to go on her personal growth journey. Occasionally, she would do some work, but only to make me happy. I brought this up on a coaching call with Sidi Danish. He walked me through a different way of communicating, one that respected her agency. He taught me how to let go of the outcome of the conversation. Light bulbs went off. I realised this would improve my communication with everyone, not just my wife. After the call, our conversations became more impactful than everything I tried before. It feels like a superpower."
"I have participated in coaching calls in the past, but nothing as impactful nor insightful as the one I had with Sidi Danish. He exudes competence, concern and sincerity that translated to a transformative experience for me far beyond my expectations. "
"I started the one-on-one coaching call with my own plan to tackle particular issues. However, he guided me elsewhere, and I’m so glad he did, since I left feeling reinvigorated having gained insights far beyond my expectations. Despite the weight and seriousness of the contents of the conversation, I felt at ease to dig deep and share very personal aspects of myself. I felt no judgment. Instead, I felt his presence with me, that in turn allowed me to be present in my own self and the profound questions that he had directed towards me. I have participated in coaching calls in the past, but nothing as impactful nor insightful as the one I just had with Sidi Danish. He exudes competence, concern and sincerity that had translated to a transformative experience for me as his client. "
Imagine if professional development wasn't so meh. Our coaching and training programs tap into the power of play, creativity, and game-based learning.
Reflection Coaching is a guided reflection coaching process that helps you face and work through real life problems without relying on expert direction. Instead of giving advice or solutions, it expands your clarity, self trust, and capacity so you can handle your problems through your own agency.
This is for Muslim men who are dealing with real, recurring problems and feel overwhelmed or weakened by advice based approaches that have not worked for them. It can be, and has been successful with all kinds of life problems; from mental or physica health, relationships, marriage, financial, or otherwise.
The program runs over 12 weeks and follows a clear process: facing what is actually weighing on you, questioning your relationship with the problem, and developing the personal capacity to respond and building a personalized strategy through your own insight. Sessions focus on guided reflection, not instruction, so growth translates into real life situations and sustains with you forever (instead of a short-term band-aid).
With Reflection Coaching, I have witnessed people drowning in problems related to health (mental and physical), wealth (career and business), and relationships (marriage, parents or otherwise) completely take back control of their life.
It does not matter much what the problem is, in most cases, you are actually the foremost expert on the solutions needed for your life. You just don’t see it yourself yet.
